At Lott Industries, we believe that meaningful employment looks different for everyone. While some of the adults we serve use Lott as a stepping stone toward independent employment, others thrive in a supervised work crew where they can build skills, contribute to their community, and experience the dignity of meaningful work. Through our off-site work programs, our employees have the opportunity to work beyond our building, developing confidence and purpose while making a lasting impact throughout the Toledo area.
One of those crews serves at One Government Center in downtown Toledo. The team works diligently to keep one of our city's busiest public buildings clean, safe, and welcoming for employees and visitors.
For the adults on this crew, the impact goes far beyond the work itself. Being part of a team, interacting with the community, and taking pride in a job well done grows confidence, builds valuable workplace skills, and creates opportunities for greater independence.
The team's dedication has earned the appreciation of those they serve. Introducing Hopability Brewing LLC!
Anne Grady Services, The Epilepsy Center of Northwest Ohio, and Lott Industries are coming together in a first-of-its-kind collaboration to launch a for-profit brewery with a purpose beyond traditional business. Hopability Brewing LLC is designed to create meaningful, sustainable employment opportunities for adults with disabilities, while also being a vibrant, community-centered destination.
